🧩 Step 1: Unzip the File Properly

1. Right-click the ZIP file.

2. Select “Extract All…” (Windows built-in unzipper) or use a tool like WinZip / 7-Zip.

3. Choose a folder you trust (for example, your Documents folder).

4. Click Extract.

   ⚠️ Don’t open the file directly from inside the ZIP — macros won’t run correctly unless it’s fully extracted.

🔒 Step 2: Remove the “Blocked” Tag (Important!)

After extracting:

1. Right-click the Excel file (e.g., ProspectsTracker.xlsm).

2. Select Properties.

3. At the bottom of the General tab, if you see:
   ✅ “This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer”
   → Click Unblock, then Apply → OK.
